If you value yourself and your time DO NOT SEEK EMPLOYMENT AT ULTIMATE CARE. They are the epitome of unprofessional and incompetence. As an employee I experienced issues being paid on time and in full, no communication whatsoever from the office. You have to be on the phone waiting for hours just for the receptionist to say no one is available to accept your call and to leave a message. They barely have enough staff to cover people calling out sometimes no one even shows up to care for the patients and family members are stuck at home caring for them.Save yourself the grief and stress and seek employment or an agency elsewhere.

So if you notice all these positive reviews are from Aides probably forced to write reviews. I was a client looking for help through medicaid for my dad. I learned that aides can work with up to 4 agencies and this agency functioned like a back up agency for aides. In two months they sent 30 different aides. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING! 30 DIFFERENT AIDES! One aide even arrived DRUNK. Some aides told me even though they wanted to come back to my case the agency would put them with another family to cover absences. This meant my mom and I had to train a new aide on how to handle my dad almost every day. Some aides were fine, some were on the computer most of the day taking online courses because they were just covering, some refused to change diapers or to get my bed bound father out of bed into his wheelchair. It was a horrendous experience and my poor father had to suffer through that. I have now been with another agency in Queens for about 9 months. They have sent only his same 4 permanent aides this whole time and warn us 1 week in advance when one will be calling out. Ultimate agency is literally HORRIBLE! Now that I know there are better ones out there I would warn anyone to stay away.
